Processing Time:
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from our headquarters in Santa Cruz, CA. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or over a major holiday weekend may take longer to process.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your order.
Domestic Shipping:
For perishability and damage concerns, we do not offer international shipping. We also require a physical address, therefore unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package's journey in real-time to stay updated on its delivery status.
Delivery Issues:
We are not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions. In such event, we appreciate your patience and understanding. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
Return Policy:
At this time, we do not offer returns. We are 100% committed to customer satisfaction and offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with your information and reason for the return within 30 days of receiving your order.
